Your Opportunity:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager with experience in software, IT outsourcing, or technical recruiting agencies. This is a unique opportunity to not only contribute to our growth but also pave the way for your own development into a leadership role. If you're passionate about driving business and building long-term client relationships in the tech industry, we want you on our team.
Requirements:
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets;
- Over 3 years of previous experience in sales & business development;
- Expirience in the tech industry;
- Experience working with decision-makers at the C-level;
- Experience creating and managing a sales funnel and conducting meetings independently.
- Experience working with LinkedIn.
- Experience working with contracts.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in Hebrew is required.
- Curiosity, fast thinking, and the ability to think outside the box.
- The company's office is located in Haifa, with the possibility of remote work and the need to come to the office twice a week.
- Conduct end-to-end sales cycles, showcasing product value through presales, engaging demonstrations, and adept contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities in the market.
- Creating relationships with potential clients and recruiting them.
- Building a network of strategic and business connections.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Handling sales agreements and contracts.
- Reporting sales progress and milestones to management.
- Analyzing sales data to identify improvement areas.
- Keeping up-to-date with technology trends and market developments.
- Collaborating closely with HR and CSM teams for recruitment.
- Bringing ideas for product and service improvements to team meetings.
- Managing records and documenting sales activities.
- Using CRM systems to track sales activities and generate periodic reports for management.
- Deep understanding of the company's sales and business development processes to support decision-making.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
