Job Descriptio

nWe are looking for a Biz Ops Specialist – Connectors and Integrations to join our team and drive operational excellence in developing and managing integrations that connect WiseStamp to a variety of platforms and tools. This role will play a critical part in ensuring our business product seamlessly operates-integrates with key third-party systems, delivering an enhanced superior experience for our departments and enabling the scaling of our operations

.Who You Ar

• eA strategic thinker with a knack for solving complex operational challenges
• .Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, and system integrations
• .1-4 years of experience in a similar Biz Ops, product operations, or technical integrations role
• .At least 2 year experience in CRM tools managemen
• tFamiliarity with API technologies and integration platforms
• .Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a proactive mindset to improve processes and workflows
• .Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
• .Experience working in a SaaS environment is a significant advantage
• .Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• .At least 2 year experience in CRM tools managemen
• tBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• s.Leveraging AI to drive value and efficiency in operation
• s.Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and resolve integration issue
• s.Develop and maintain clear documentation and guides for integrations to support internal and external user
• s.Analyze usage and performance metrics to recommend improvements and upgrade
