We are seeking a professional leader with strong Full Stack development experience and a proven track record in managing and mentoring development teams. This role combines professional leadership, team guidance, and hands-on development with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers: coaching, guidance, and continuous feedback

• Ensure code quality through reviews and best practices

• Hands-on development using .NET Core, Node.js, and React

• Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery

• Manage and maintain databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development

• Strong expertise in .NET Core and Node.js, with solid React skills

• Extensive experience with databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)

• Proven leadership in Agile teams and mentoring developers

• Strong communication, management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
