Payroll Specialist
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our finance team.
The role involves working directly under the Controller, supporting the preparation and
execution of payroll.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee payroll deductions/reimbursements and maintain
communication with pension insurance agents.
Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee employee onboarding and termination processes, including handling
161 forms.
Process 101 forms in the Hilan system.
Requirements:
Certified Payroll Professional in Israel – mandatory.
Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions – mandatory.
At least 3 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a high-tech company
with over 150 employees.
Proficiency in Hilan system – advantage.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention
to detail and accuracy.
In-depth knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations, including tax and social security
laws.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
