Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our finance team.

The role involves working directly under the Controller, supporting the preparation and

execution of payroll.

Responsibilities:

 Manage employee payroll deductions/reimbursements and maintain

communication with pension insurance agents.

 Assist with monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

 Oversee employee onboarding and termination processes, including handling

161 forms.

 Process 101 forms in the Hilan system.

Requirements:

Certified Payroll Professional in Israel – mandatory.

 Advanced Excel skills, including complex functions – mandatory.

 At least 3 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a high-tech company

with over 150 employees.

 Proficiency in Hilan system – advantage.

 Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills with a high attention

to detail and accuracy.

 In-depth knowledge of Israeli payroll regulations, including tax and social security

laws.

 Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
