PPC Campaign Manager – eCommerce | Experience Required

We are a full-service eCommerce growth agency, working with leading brands in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle across Israel and the U.S.

We specialize in performance marketing, data-driven strategies, and long-term brand building.

Now, we’re looking for a PPC Campaign Manager to join our team and take full ownership of paid media campaigns.

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and additional platforms.
• Build targeted strategies, conduct A/B tests, and drive performance at scale.
• Analyze data to maximize ROAS, improve conversion rates, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with our creative, content, and analytics teams.
• Make data-driven decisions based on real-time performance insights.

• 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience – must-have.
• Proven success in managing and scaling eCommerce campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills – GA4, Meta Ads Manager, performance dashboards.
• Results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for growth.
• Office-based position – full-time, in-person only (no remote/hybrid).
• Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, or Taboola.
