Customer Success Manager

Tel Aviv | Hybrid (Monday-Friday)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Commercial Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with mid-sized customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our large-scale data solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will drive adoption, retention, and expansion while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer success and business growth.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-3 years of experience as a CSM, supporting commercial-level clients
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Strong ability to build multi-threaded relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience managing contract renewals, retention strategies, and expansion opportunities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets (quarterly/annual)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Bonus: Experience with data platforms or SaaS-based solutions
