We are seeking a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating automated tests with 3rd party platforms, with a primary focus on automation. However, manual testing will also be an essential part of this role, particularly for areas not covered by automated tests. This role involves selecting the right tools for automated testing and ensuring the integrity of our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Automated Testing: Develop and configure automated tests using 3rd-party platforms, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all platform functionalities.
• Tool Selection: Identify and implement the most effective tools and technologies for automated testing.
• Manual Testing: Perform manual testing when necessary, focusing on areas that cannot be covered by automated tests.
• Analytical Review: Examine system complexities to spot potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous testing standards to ensure platform stability and quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development and product teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the software development lifecycle.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all test cases, processes, and results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA engineering, with a strong focus on automated testing - Willingness for the role of both manual and automated tests.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution.
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries for validating and debugging backend data.
• Experience with REST API testing
• Experience in selecting and implementing the right tools for automated testing.
• Ability to take ownership of the testing process and ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and document testing procedures.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Background in economics
