CSM Responsibilities:

🔹 Customer Retention – 🤝 Building long-term relationships with clients and preventing churn

🔹 Maximizing Customer Value – 📈 Identifying opportunities to expand product usage (Upsell & Cross-sell)

🔹 Increasing Platform Engagement – 📊 Ensuring high customer engagement and regular platform usage

🔹 Customer Training – 🎓 Assisting clients with product implementation and proper usage

🔹 Crisis Management – 🔥 Proactively solving issues and preventing technical problems

🔹 Collaboration with Sales & Development Teams – 🤖 Working together to improve the product and tailor it to customer needs

📍 Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, in Ra'anana.
