Team Lead – Development Manager | E-commerce | Health & Fitness

One of our clients, a well-established and rapidly growing E-commerce company, is looking to hire a Team Lead – Development Manager. This company specializes in developing Direct-to-Consumer brands within the health and fitness industry. With a strong global presence, a solid customer base, and a data-driven approach, they focus on advanced technologies, digital marketing, and innovative campaigns to drive significant organic and profitable growth.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Lead to oversee and mentor a multidisciplinary development team, including Web Developers, QA Engineers, and analysts. This role requires technical leadership, project management, architectural decision-making, and hands-on development expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 6 professionals, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Plan, manage, and deliver development projects using Agile methodologies.
• Design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions with a focus on ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Oversee QA processes to ensure adherence to testing and quality assurance standards.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and implement software development best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and innovation within the team.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a team leadership or management role.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience in ReactJS and NodeJS (advantageous). Experience in other programming languages will also be considered relevant.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management.
