Areas we’ll trust you with::

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day legal matters of the company.
• Provide legal guidance on commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements (partnerships, customers, vendors, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with corporate law requirements, corporate structuring, and regulatory matters.
• Advise on privacy and data protection laws, ensuring compliance with global regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
• Support the company’s business operations, including employment law, intellectual property, and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (management, product, security, sales, finance and HR teams) to align legal strategy with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsels, as needed.
• Stay updated on legal trends affecting the SaaS and high-tech industry globally.
  
  

• Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of legal experience, with a focus on commercial law.
• Strong expertise in commercial transactions, privacy laws and corporate law.
• Experience in the high-tech and SaaS industry, in an international company.
• Ability to operate independently and manage all legal aspects of a growing global business.
• Strong negotiation and contract-drafting skills.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Business-oriented mindset with the ability to balance legal risks with company objectives.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively within a globally distributed team and a fast-paced business environment.
• Hard worker, well-organized, team player, dynamic and pro-active personality.
