As a key leader, you'll spearhead our service team, integrating outstanding service culture with top-notch technological proficiency, and delivering exceptional business solutions. Your responsibilities will include implementing advanced SecOps methodologies, managing SLA and KPI standards, and ensuring maximum client satisfaction and service goals are consistently met.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience managing IT or cybersecurity service teams

- Deep technical understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity - a must

- Proven track record in leading technical teams and implementing complex service processes

- Experience with ServiceDesk and organizational CRM systems

- High service orientation paired with strong business acumen and strategic insight

- Data analysis skills to enhance process improvements

- Strong command of English - required
