As People Services Specialist, you will be accountable for the efficient delivery of end-to-end processes, such as staff onboarding, integration and offboarding for Internal and External Workforce.

Main Responsibilities

• Onboarding, Integration and Offboarding
• Payroll check: Quality audits of Payroll & Personnel Administration (PA) documents prepared by the Payroll & PA responsible and provide respective result to the Manager
• Time & personnel administration
• HR analytics & reporting
• Employee query handling for the perimeter
• Support the implementation and roll out of tools & processes & global initiatives related to Employee Life cycle
• Proactively identify possible improvements of concerned processes, propose alternative solutions and support its implementation (if validated)
• Closely collaborate with stakeholders in Central & South Europe MCO to support the Implementation of all People Services Projects
  
  

About You

Education:

• University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  
  

Experience

• Proven experience in Human Resources operations and Payroll & Personnel Administration activities, experience in HR Projects is a plus
• Experience in working with HR platforms: SAP, Workday, Service Now (ticketing system)
  
  

Knowledge And Technical Skills

• Knowledge of country labour law
• Very good project management skills
• Computer literacy: Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Zoom, Teams)
  
  

Languages: high level verbal and written fluency in English and Hebrew
