IT Systems Manager

We are looking for a proactive and passionate IT Systems Manager to organize, maintain, and support our company's IT systems and provide outstanding support to our employees worldwide. You will be responsible for administering internal assets, software, and hardware while ensuring the seamless operation of all IT systems. Additionally, you will manage and resolve user-related issues in a timely and professional manner, contributing to a productive work environment.

Responsibilities :

• Set up and maintain company IT infrastructure, SaaS applications, and security systems
• Ensure systems reliability and secure data management
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across the organization
• Perform system monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting as needed
• Provide responsive technical support to team members worldwide
• Resolve technical issues quickly to minimize disruptions
• Document IT processes, create user guides, and track company assets
• Coordinate with vendors and handle technology purchases
• Manage IT projects across departments
  
  

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration and technical support
• Expertise in cloud platforms like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, LAN/WAN)
• Experience with Atlassian collaboration tools
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Outstanding communication skills with non-technical users
• Familiarity with information security systems
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
