SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant - Israel based

As one of the largest SAP Cloud People Solutions consulting firms in the EMEA region, AKT is expanding its team in Israel and recruiting for an SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant covering HR and Talent suite; e.g., Employee Central, Time-Off, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Performance and Goals Management, LMS, Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud-based software for Human Capital Management, supporting topics in Human Resources, such as learning management systems, payroll, talent management, analytics, workforce planning, and more.

This is a customer facing role, open for a full-time and remote position to candidates based in Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the process design and technical activities required across the full project implementation lifecycle (according to AKT’s defined methodologies) of SAP SuccessFactors
• Design the technical solutions for customer projects
• Run process discussions and guide customers around best practices
• Work closely with the customer on the detailed design, testing and training sessions
• Prepare and own all technical documents, including process-flows workbooks and test scenarios based on the design
• Act as first line of contact to the customer for any technical/solution topics
• Responsible for functional requirements for reports and simple interfaces
• Liaise on design decisions to the technical teams and provide timely clarifications when needed
• Align and work closely with project managers, other consultants and relevant team members to ensure seamless implementation of concurrent projects
• Track the progress of the technical build and communicate the progress with the project manager(s)

Job Requirements:

• Certified in SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience working directly with customers and managing their requirements
• Willing to travel to and work within customer workplaces (limited and pre-planned)
• Professional presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Language skills: Hebrew and English (fluent verbal and written)
