Salesforce Implementation Specialis

We are looking for a Salesforce Implementation Specialist to join our team! If you have experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud and thrive in a dynamic, regulated environment—this is your chance to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

Customize and manage the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs.

Implement, configure, and define business processes within Salesforce.

Work closely with end users: analyzing requirements, training, and providing ongoing support.

Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and customizations.

Write technical and functional specifications in compliance with public sector standards.

What You Bring:

Proven experience in XRM development – Mandatory

Mandatory Certifications:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Platform App Builder
• Service Cloud Consultant

At least 2 years of experience implementing Salesforce projects in large organizations (preferably in the public/government sector).

Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules, including Service Cloud (Public Sector Cloud knowledge is a plus).

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with government IT systems.

Familiarity with government regulations.
