In this position you will…

As a junior QA engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products and services.

You will work closely with the development team and the product manager to understand the requirements and specifications of each feature and functionality.

You will design, execute, and report on test cases, to verify the functionality, usability, and security of our software.

You will also identify, document, and report any bugs, defects, or issues that affect the quality of our software.

You will collaborate with the scrum team and other stakeholders to ensure that the software meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for…

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Knowledge of testing web applications, APIs, and databases.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and customer orientation
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases according to requirements.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Execute test plans, Identify, document thoroughly and track bugs.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of working with SaaS products, agile methodologies, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, quality, and user satisfaction.
• Analytical thinking.
• Decision-making.
• Team player in an international environment.
• Code oriented.
• Trustworthy and good work ethic.
• Knowledge of SQL and no-SQL – Advantage.
• Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, TestCafe, Jest, etc. – Advantage.
• Knowledge of JSON and XML formats. – Advantage.
• Knowledge of APIs. – Advantage.
