Buyer

We are seeking an experienced Buyer with extensive expertise in electronic components, mechanical parts, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supplier development, procurement processes, and strategic sourcing to support our R&D and production teams effectively.

What your job will look like:

• Identify, develop, and manage suppliers to ensure optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
• Oversee the entire procurement process, including generating purchase orders, verifying receipt of goods, and resolving supply chain issues.
• Collaborate with department managers to clarify purchase requisitions, understand departmental needs, and refine specifications for future procurement.
• Work closely with R&D and Production teams, fostering strong relationships with engineering teams to anticipate needs and drive procurement decisions based on demand forecasts.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience as a Buyer in a relevant field. 3+ years of experience working in an international company.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic components, mechanical parts, and related commodities (mandatory).
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field - Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, etc.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications – significant advantage.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Advanced negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Deep understanding of procurement procedures and supply chain management, Import/Export.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and ability to work in a dynamic environment
