Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead an early stage Fintech Startup.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's business strategies to attain the goals agreed upon with the board of directors.
• Drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success.
• Build and maintain an effective executive team to operate within the company.
• Have a hands-on approach in managing varying operational and financial aspects of the company.
• Actively engage with customers and clients to forge strong relationships.
• Lead fundraising initiatives to support company growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a CRO or VP Sales in a startup environment with a proven sales track record, preferably in the US market.
• Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A strong problem solver with a deep entrepreneurial spirit.
• An advantage: A proven experience in fundraising

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA preferred.
• At least 5-10 years of senior management experience in a high-growth startup environment.
