Ocean Media - A leading digital agency specializing in data-driven solutions is looking for a talented Media Team Lead to drive large-scale digital campaigns and lead a team to success!

📌 What You'll Do:

 ✔ Create & optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook, Taboola, Outbrain, and other platforms.

 ✔ Manage campaign budgets & analyze target audiences to maximize performance.

 ✔ Handle high-budget accounts for top-tier clients in the Israeli market.

 ✔ Oversee all stages of the marketing funnel, from planning to execution.

 ✔ Collaborate directly with company management to develop digital strategies.

🔍 Requirements:

✔ 2-4 years of experience managing Google & Facebook campaigns – A Must

 ✔ Experience handling campaigns with budgets of hundreds of thousands of ILS – A Must

 ✔ Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously – A Must

 ✔ Strong leadership and mentorship skills

 ✔ Creative, outside-the-box problem-solving abilities

 ✔ Strategic marketing mindset & deep consumer understanding

 ✔ Attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture approach

 ✔ Self-motivated continuous learner with a passion for digital marketing
