What are we looking for?

Experience, Skills, Capabilities (must-haves)

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with eCommerce or websites operating in competitive markets.
• Excellent communication skills in English - written and spoken.
• A collaborative approach to problem-solving and idea sharing
• Analytical skills and experience working with data to make informed decisions
• A passion for SEO and data

Traits & Personality (must-haves)

• Intellectual curiosity, creativity, and a strong desire to learn.

• Critical thinking

Nice-to-haves

• Degree in a research-oriented field, preferably one that is rooted in quantitative research (Biology, Psychology, Economics, etc.) or requires structured thinking and frameworks (Political Science, Law, Philosophy etc.).
• Skills and familiarity with relevant data tools (e.g: Google Looker Studio/Sheets/Power BI/GA4) - very nice to have.
• Some practical level of coding knowledge (Python/JS)
• An understanding of leveraging AI for productivity (agents, fine-tuning, prompting, embeddings, etc.)
