Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Success Specialist at DOKKA. The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing analytical support, and delivering top-notch customer service. The role will involve daily interactions with customers to address their needs and concerns, ultimately enhancing their experience with the platform.
