סקירת התפקיד: כמנהל/ת שיווק משפיענים, תובילו את אסטרטגיית השיווק שלנו באמצעות משפיענים, במטרה להגביר את נראות המותג, להגדיל את מעורבות הצרכנים ולהניע מכירות. תפקיד זה מציע הזדמנות ייחודית להוביל קמפיינים חדשניים ולבנות שיתופי פעולה עם משפיענים מובילים.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:

• ניהול קשרי משפיענים: שמירה על קשר קרוב ופורה עם המשפיענים, טיפול בבעיות והבטחת שיתוף פעולה מתמשך.
• גיוס משפיענים חדשים: זיהוי וגיוס משפיענים חדשים להרחבת הרשת שלנו.
• מעקב ביצועים: ניתוח נתונים להערכת הצלחת הקמפיינים וקבלת החלטות מושכלות.
• מחקר שוק: התעדכנות במגמות וטרנדים בתחום ויישומם באסטרטגיה השיווקית.
• שיתופי פעולה יצירתיים: פיתוח רעיונות ייחודיים לשיתופי פעולה המתחברים באופן אותנטי בין המשפיענים למותג.
• ניהול פיננסי: טיפול בכל ההיבטים הכספיים, כולל הסכמי תשלום והתחשבנות עם המשפיענים.
• הגדלת חשיפת המותג ומעורבות הצרכנים: יצירת תוכן אותנטי ומעניין בשיתוף המשפיענים, המושך קהל ומגביר מעורבות.

• Influencer Relationship Management: Maintain close, productive relationships with influencers, addressing any issues and ensuring ongoing collaboration.

• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate them into our marketing approach.
