Role Description

This is a full-time Remote role for an Operations Manager located in Tel Aviv Israel. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing relationships with acquiring banks and clients. The role involves coordinating with different departments, handling administrative issues, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks include optimizing business processes, developing strategies to increase volume while reducing costs, and providing ongoing support to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in the online payment industry
• Skills in operational efficiency, business process optimization, and relationship management
• Ability to handle issues and provide excellent customer service
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills
• Proficiency in using systems for project management and communication
• Experience with acquiring banks and payment service providers (PSPs)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work independently and manage remote aspects of the role
