Social Media Specialist
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for the ongoing organic management of the company's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). This role includes supervising, creating, and uploading content; developing a bi-weekly/monthly content calendar; managing community interactions; and coordinating with external suppliers. This position reports directly to the Chief Digital Marketing Officer. This position is office-based at the company's headquarters in Rishon Lezion
Key ResponsibilitiesOngoing Organic Social Media Management:
- Create, edit, and publish posts and stories aligned with brand language and marketing strategy.
- Develop engaging marketing content, schedule posts, and collaborate on basic visual content production with the graphic designer.
Content Calendar Management:
- Develop and maintain a structured bi-weekly/monthly content plan aligned with marketing objectives.
Community Engagement and Management:
- Provide timely and professional responses to messages, comments, and inquiries across social media platforms.
- Foster strong relationships with followers to increase engagement and brand trust.
Coordination with External Suppliers:
- Manage daily interactions with graphic designers, UGC providers, and other suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- Track and ensure deliverables meet defined requirements.
Professional Social Media Experience
- Proven experience managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or other relevant platforms.
- Ability to produce high-quality organic content and effectively manage online communities.
Marketing & Creative Writing Skills
- Excellent copywriting abilities with clear, engaging, and targeted messaging.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for effectively highlighting brand values.
Social Media Tools Proficiency
- Experienced with scheduling and publishing tools such as Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent.
- Basic skills in graphic design or video editing – an advantage.
Interpersonal Skills & Teamwork
- Strong communication skills, effectively interacting with external suppliers, internal stakeholders, and senior management.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Personal Attributes
- Intelligent, sharp, independent thinker who can read between the lines and understand tasks intuitively.
- Proactive approach, self-driven initiative, and strong problem-solving capabilities.
Retail & Toy Industry Familiarity
- Significant advantage for candidates familiar with retail environments, particularly toys and children's products.
- Willingness to continuously learn and remain updated on social media trends and digital innovations.
