This is a full-time hybrid role for a User Acquisition Manager based in Tel Aviv, with flexibility for remote work one day per week.

In this role, you will:

• Develop & execute data-driven user acquisition strategies to optimize the tech sales funnel.
• Oversee paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Analyze performance metrics, A/B test creatives & landing pages, and optimize ROI.
• Identify new audiences and expand into global markets to maximize growth potential.
• Collaborate with product, BI, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of acquisition strategies.

Your success will be measured by:

• Lowering CPA while increasing conversion rates
• Driving sustainable growth across multiple acquisition channels
• Scaling campaigns with budgets of $100K+ monthly
  

• 2+ years of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing, preferably in Tech, SaaS, or Digital Advertising.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain.
• Strong analytical mindset – ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Experience working with subscription-based business models (SaaS – advantage!).
• Fluent in Hebrew & English (spoken and written).
