Front End Team Lead

A high-tech company in the TransitTech sector, currently considered a unicorn, has developed a platform that provides smart transportation solutions, including real-time ride-hailing and carpooling services. The algorithm they developed solves complex mathematical and computational problems to optimize vehicle routes based on passenger needs, all in real-time.

The company operates in over 650 cities globally, with a mission to expand access to efficient, equitable, and sustainable public transportation worldwide.

The company is based in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and offers a hybrid work model with two days of remote work. With nearly 1,600 employees globally and about 400 in Israel, the company is expanding rapidly.

This role involves managing a team of 8 Frontend developers, with coding in React. The role includes 20-30% hands-on work. The team develops products that help service operators provide passengers with the most optimal ride experience

Requirements-

• 3 years of managerial experience – managing a team of at least 3-5 people.
• 6 years of experience in Frontend development – required.
• Experience with React or Angular 2 and above – coding in React.
• Cloud experience – required. Flexible, with a significant advantage for AWS.
