Senior Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced PROGRAM manager (PM) to lead a massive set of projects developing an innovative cybersecurity solution for an operational system of systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an end to end program (multiple projects) of cybersecurity solution for an operational system. Includes the entire project life cycle: technical aspects, organizational, professional, financials, marketing and lead generation. 
• Manage the entire contract requirements and obligations with the customer and with the project subcontractors. Design reviews, integrations, POCs, etc.
• Manage the project team members, lead the matrix team members: PMO, system engineer, software development, cyber research. 
• Manage the matrix interfaces with subcontractors.
• Manage the contractual aspects: milestones, supervision, profitability analysis, procurement, risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing complex programs. 5 years minimum.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects. 10 years minimum.
• B.Sc. or BA in Computer Science – mandatory. M.Sc. will be an advantage. 
• PMP certification - advantage. Know-how in project management methodology. 
• Leading design reviews (DRs) according to the system engineering practices (V Model).
• Proven experience in communicating issues across the organization.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in Hebrew and English.
• Good understanding of the SDLC and CI\CD.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity solutions.
• Background with defense industry - advantage.
