We’re looking for an Accounting Technology Success Manager who thrives at the intersection of accounting, technology, and customer collaboration. In this role, you will guide new customers through onboarding, help them optimize their financial operations, and ensure they get the most value from our platform. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping customers streamline their accounting processes and leverage automation effectively.

What You’ll Do
Customer Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead customer onboarding, presenting the implementation process and setting clear expectations.
- Review, map, and analyze customers’ accounting workflows, including bookkeeping and close processes.
- Ensure customers are set up for success by providing training, guidance, and best practices.
Customer Success & Optimization
- Empower customers with the tools and knowledge to confidently use Ledge’s platform.
- Monitor customer adoption and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding customers’ evolving needs and ensuring they achieve their financial goals.
Technical & Accounting Support
- Serve as the go-to expert for both technical product support and accounting-related questions post-implementation.
- Work closely with finance, product, and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and enhance the platform.
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to help customers optimize their reconciliation and accounting processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and basic familiarity with ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding service and support.
- A problem-solver who enjoys using technology to enhance financial operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across finance and technology teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
