This role involves managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, analyzing performance data, and developing insights to improve results. Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and others.
• Write compelling ad copy and conduct A/B testing to improve messaging and calls to action.
• Manage monthly budgets and optimize budget allocation for maximum performance.
• Generate regular reports and present insights to clients and company management.
• Conduct keyword research and identify new opportunities to enhance campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with PPC trends and industry changes to implement best practices and continuously improve results.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns across major digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager (experience with additional platforms is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data – proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and the customer journey.
• Excellent writing skills in Hebrew and English – ability to craft engaging ad copy and professional reports.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, and excellent multitasking skills.
