Join our team at a pioneering climate-tech startup in Rehovot as an Experimental Scientist! We are looking for highly motivated individuals to lead cutting-edge experiments and drive innovation in climate research.

As an Experimental Scientist with us, you will:

- Propose and design experiments to address complex physical research questions.

- Lead the development, construction, and testing of experimental projects.

- Support proposals and findings with theoretical models.

- Collaborate with fellow researchers and engineers on diverse experiments.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- Approximately 7 years of professional experience in physics, physical chemistry, atmospheric sciences, engineering or related fields.

- Proven track record in designing, developing, and conducting complex experiments.

- Hands-on technical skills, including proficiency in building experimental setups involving, e.g., optical systems, micro-circuits and electronics, atmospheric/vacuum chamber systems, chemical reactors, cryogenic setups, or sensor technologies.

- Strong analytical capabilities for modeling physical systems.

- Enthusiasm for tackling new, unfamiliar, and complex technical challenges, in a dynamic environment.

- Ability to work both independently and in a small, agile team.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience with micro-controllers and electrical circuit design.

- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) for prototype or mechanical systems.

- Knowledge of aviation or atmospheric sciences.
