Product Manager

Startup company in the cybersecurity field developing cloud-based systems for secure and fast enterprise communication. The company's goal is to simplify IT complexities by consolidating enterprise communication and security capabilities into a single cloud platform, enhancing efficiency and security processes while reducing operational costs.

The company offers a comprehensive enterprise communication solution that bridges the gap between the needs of digital businesses and the expensive, slow, and inflexible networks of traditional telecom providers, utilizing a Cloud-Native Carrier architecture.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, within walking distance from the train station, the company operates in a hybrid model with two remote workdays per week. It has approximately 900 employees worldwide, with about half based in Israel.

About the role-

• Join a team responsible for B2B product management, working on automation tools that shape the company's sales processes.
• Be part of a newly built team from the ground up.
• Manage both Inbound and Outbound responsibilities, roughly split 50/50.
• Gather requirements and conduct feature discovery with internal teams, channel partners, and customers to align with product needs.
• Prioritize and make critical decisions regarding timelines, features, resources, and quality to achieve business objectives.

Requirements-

• 4 years of B2B product management experience in an enterprise SW company
• Comprehensive experience and deep knowledge of business processes, pricing, quoting, and sales cycles
• 4 years of previous experience in roles such as software developer, product owner, system or security engineer, professional services engineer, or senior support engineer.
• Proven ability to prioritize, communicate effectively, and influence cross-functional teams to drive product success.
• High-level understanding of UX principles and ability to collaborate with UX designers
