We are looking for a Technical Support:

requirements

•Provide first line IT support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

• Support a predominantly Mac-based environment (99% Mac, some Windows users).

• Manage and troubleshoot devices using MDM solutions (Jamf & Workspace ONE).

• Managed and supported Google Workspace, Azure Entra, and Microsoft 365 environments.

• Handle Identity and Access Management using Okta (IDP).

• Work with firewalls (Palo Alto) and network infrastructure (Meraki).

• Collaborate with employees across the organization to ensure smooth IT operations.
