Senior Data Analyst

About the job:

As a Sr. Data Analyst, you will work closely with R&D, Data Science, and Security Research teams to analyze threats, identify patterns, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of an AI-driven email security platform. If you have a passion for data-driven problem-solving, cybersecurity, and a proactive approach to research, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct data-driven research to improve our product detection KPI's 
• Serve as data and analytics focal point in different R&D and Data Science projects 
• Improve threat detection by exploring new opportunities 
• Proactively hunt for threats, study new types of attacks and act as a subject matter expert to provide insight and guidance 
• Mentor team members and take part with promoting security research concepts within the organization 

Requirements

•  3+ years of data analysis experience - must  
• BA in Computer Science or equivalent - must 
• Experience with Python – must  
• Experience with SQL - must 
• Cybersecurity threat understanding and research experience - strong advantage 
• Familiarity with ML models - advantage  
• Familiarity with email security – advantage  
• Analytical and data driven mindset 
• Good communication skills, high motivation, and excellent team player
