- Investigating and analyzing large databases based on business requirements in the insurance sector
- Collecting requirements from clients at various levels
- Writing technical and business specification documents and guiding developers during the development process
- Defining ETL processes and reports/dashboards
- Working with SQL (Oracle) and BI tools
- Collaborating with business and technology units
Professional Requirements (Education, Experience):
- At least 3 years of experience as a systems analyst in the DW/BI field or as a data analyst
- Advanced SQL query writing skills
- Experience in writing Source to Target mappings
- Proven experience presenting design documents to audiences
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen
- Systemic thinking and understanding of complex processes
Advantages:
- Knowledge in general insurance or financial systems
- Familiarity with Informatica tools
- Project management skills
