We are looking for an excellent Creative Ideator that understands the intricacies of organic social media content and can create viral ideas to be presented to clients. The Creative Ideator is responsible for the idea, the pitch deck, and the vision behind the sale.

You will collaborate with a global team of experts as you work to come up with ideas to meet our clients needs. You are excited and eager to lead this charge and work with a diverse team to present highly engaging and forward thinking ideas to our clients.

You Will

• Generate creative ideas for new projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with teams to develop innovative proposals showcasing our vision and goals.
• Transform ideas into clear, compelling proposals that capture attention and inspire action.
• Work with other departments to ensure proposals align with client goals, values, and messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with trends to bring fresh perspectives to your ideas and proposals.
• Present ideas and proposals to internal teams and clients in a clear and engaging way.
• Iterating on feedback and adjusting proposals to perfect the concept before finalizing.
  
  

You need to know and understand social media, inside and out. Be able to articulate trends, what works, what doesn’t and why. You are responsible for building the idea that will meet the goal of our clients.
