Account Executive

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is looking for a strategic and results-driven Account Executive to drive sales in Europe and Israel. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at solution selling, and is eager to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing in a dynamic startup environment.
• Partner with finance professionals (CFOs, VPs of Finance, Controllers) to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions.
• Work closely with the SDR team to optimize lead generation and deal conversion.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining accurate forecasting.
• Utilize CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to track and manage opportunities.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to finance professionals or in financial services.
• Proven ability to consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Strong time management, strategic thinking, and outbound sales skills.
• Ability to understand technical and commercial needs to guide prospects toward the right solution.
• Native English and fluent Hebrew – required; additional European languages are a plus.
