About the Role:
We seek an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our creative department in our Tel Aviv office.
This international role will focus on strategic client acquisition, revenue growth, and positioning the company as a global leader in influencer marketing.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in B2B sales, particularly large-scale business development, and a deep understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Sales Strategy Development – Design and implement proactive Research & sales strategies targeting international markets using research, competitor mapping, data analysis, and more.
- Client Acquisition – Identify and engage global brands, securing high-value opportunities in influencer marketing and UGC production.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure – Lead high-level negotiations with senior decision-makers, ensuring successful deal closures for large-scale influencer marketing campaigns.
- Market Expansion – Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing executives, VPs of digital, and senior stakeholders at global companies to drive international growth.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams – Work closely with creative teams to refine messaging and develop compelling sales proposals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales, particularly in global markets.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a track record of closing large, complex deals.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, and UGC production.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (reading & writing). Additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent research and competitor analysis skills, with the ability to map potential clients and uncover new opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across global markets.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
