Product Data Analyst Team Lead

At AT&T, we are dedicated to enhancing the digital experience for our customers through the myAT&T mobile app. Our team is responsible for developing key features for sales and services, increasing engagement with innovative network features, and ensuring a seamless user experience. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Team Lead to join our Product Data Analysts team.

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Team Lead for our Product Data Analysts team. This individual will play a crucial role in driving the team's success in designing feature KPIs, developing measurement strategies, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data preparation and analysis, a passion for mentoring, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Mentorship:

• Mentor and develop the Product Data Analysts team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them achieve their individual and team goals

Strategy and Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the infrastructure of data, ensuring that data collection, storage, and analysis processes are efficient and scalable
• Implement work frames for planning analytical projects and the data preparation process from raw data to gold tables

Data Analysis:

• Design and implement feature KPIs and measurement strategies in collaboration with Product Managers
• Lead the development and execution of A/B testing strategies and infrastructure
• Analyze data to draw meaningful insights and impact decision-making on feature priorities and benefits

Collaboration and Communication:

• Engage with parallel data teams and partners to ensure alignment and collaboration on data initiatives
• Prepare monthly reports and lead insights meetings to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a team leader
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proven experience in data analysis within a B2C product environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
• Expertise in designing KPIs, measurement strategies, and A/B testing
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Adobe, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
• High level of presentation skills
• High level of English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the telecommunications or mobile app industry
• Knowledge of data infrastructure and management best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
