A fast-growing early-stage startup in the sales intelligence space is looking for a Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from their platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the customer journey from post-sale onboarding to long-term success, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers leverage the product to meet their business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing optimization.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming their go-to strategic partner.
- Drive renewals and upsells by identifying opportunities for growth and proactively addressing challenges.
- Optimize and scale processes, contributing to a best-in-class customer success framework.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sales roles
- Experience in the data industry is a huge plus!
- A strategic thinker who can tailor solutions to customer needs and drive measurable results.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving & communication abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent English skills.
Please note: This role is not hybrid. The company expects employees to work from the office.
