What You'll Do

As a Data Engineer at Droxi, you'll have an integral role within our team, with significant responsibilities and opportunities to make a real impact. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lead the creation and implementation of Droxi's data architectures to facilitate efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.
• Collaborate efficiently with the AI teams and product managers to comprehend data requirements and formulate data strategies that align with the business objectives.
• Design and implement scalable data architectures for both structured and unstructured healthcare data.
• Develop and maintain robust ETL pipelines that deliver high-quality data for our AI products.
• Optimize database performance to efficiently handle complex healthcare information.
• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with Data Scientists to build and maintain data pipelines that serve data infrastructure crucial for our large-language model (LLM) products.
  
  

Requirements:

Who You Are

• At least 5 years of experience as a data engineer.
• Solid understanding of ETL pipeline design and data modeling concepts.
• Proficient with SQL and Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience working with complex data types including images, PDF documents and highly nested schemas.
• Experience working with MongoDB and AWS ecosystem (S3, Glue, Lambda etc.).
• Strong knowledge of data structures and system architecture.
• Bachelor's in computer science or related field.
  
  

Bonus If You Have These (but Not Required)

• Experience working in AI products.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards like HL7, FHIR, DICOM, LOINC, RxNrom and ICD/SNOMED.

Work Environment & Location

At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Ramat Gan, just a 2-minutes walk from Savidor train station, making it easily accessible. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
