Digital Manager JB-4104

A global company in the tourism sector is looking for a website and digital campaign manager to join our digital marketing team.

The role includes: ongoing management of the network's websites (Hebrew and English) and monitoring the performance of sponsored digital campaigns with advertising agencies, in order to increase the network's visibility and achieve its business goals.

Areas of responsibility

Website management - responsibility for ongoing maintenance and updating of the home website, including content, sales promotions, landing pages and user experience characterization.

Campaign concentration and analysis - monitoring the performance of campaigns managed by advertising agencies and analyzing data to generate insights.

Optimization - optimization guidelines for campaigns and landing pages in order to improve conversion rates and meet goals

Analysis and reports - preparing ongoing reports for managers, including performance analysis and lessons for improvement.

At least two years of experience managing an e-commerce website and/or managing actual campaigns (Hands on)

Familiarity with digital advertising systems, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4.

Knowledge and experience in organic website promotion (SEO) – a significant advantage.

Familiarity with the world of hotels and tourism – a significant advantage.

Mastery of Google Data Studio and other BI tools – an advantage.

High analytical ability and data-based thinking.

High level of English language proficiency "
