Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to support and develop our global B2B customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily interactions with international clients, ensuring smooth coordination between internal departments, and proactively driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for global customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of service.
• Post-Sales Support: Coordinate requests across internal teams, including supply chain, finance, QA, and production, to meet customer needs.
• Sales Growth & Business Development: Proactively identify opportunities to expand business with existing and new customers, including setting up meetings and monitoring ongoing projects.
• Market Analysis: Conduct regional market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the optimization of internal workflows and customer support processes.
• Customer Engagement: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing solutions, managing expectations, and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
• CRM Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meeting summaries, and relevant business activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or sales within a B2B environment—preferably in the pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or life sciences sectors.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (additional languages are an advantage).
• University degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in export/logistics is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B sales or business development is an advantage.
