We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers through strategic outbound prospecting.
- Understand prospects' business challenges and communicate the value of our solutions effectively.
- Initiate conversations with key decision-makers and build relationships with senior-level executives.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to share market insights and refine outreach strategies.
- Manage lead transitions and ensure a seamless experience for prospects and sales teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or business development.
- Strong cold calling, prospecting, and qualification skills.
- Excellent communication abilities across phone, email, and digital channels.
- Confidence in engaging with senior executives and IT professionals.
- Proven ability to exceed quotas in a goal-oriented environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, and data enrichment tools (required).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work USA hours and be in the office (Hod Hasharon) three times per week.
