Event Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Event Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of Blockchain-focused events. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in event coordination, including 3+ years in blockchain events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth event execution from planning to post-event analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor management, and on-site operations.

• Manage event schedules, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.

• Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors to facilitate smooth event participation.

• Handle event registration, attendee support, and check-in processes.

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to enhance event visibility.

• Support event setup, execution, and post-event reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in event coordination, with at least 3 years in blockchain events.

• Strong understanding of blockchain industry events and key stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage event logistics, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.

• Experience with event management tools, registration platforms, and vendor negotiations.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
