Algorithm Engineer

Do you get excited about developing cutting-edge algorithms at the core of complex defense systems? Omnisys is looking for a specialist Algorithm Developer to join our Algorithms team.

In this role you will:

• Research and develop algorithms in the areas of signal processing, image processing, statistical pattern identification and optimization
• Work on large and complex defense projects
• Develop algorithms for systems in the areas of detection, C4I, radars and air defense
• Develop algorithms using Matlab and Python programming language

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or other relevant engineering degree
• At least 3 years of experience in researching and developing algorithms
• Experience in the areas of image processing / signal processing / machine learning / optimization / statistical pattern identification
• Experience in writing code with Matlab / Python / C programming languages
• Security clearance – advantage
