About the Role

We are seeking a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy across all streams, with a strong focus on blockchain events. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of revenue growth strategies, partnerships, and monetization within the blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue expansion through sponsorships, partnerships, ticketing, and other monetization channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a revenue growth strategy across all business streams, including sponsorships, partnerships, ticket sales, and digital products.
• Build and nurture high-value relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain industry.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand revenue sources.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to optimize revenue-generating initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance and market trends to refine monetization strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in revenue leadership, business development, or sales.
• 5+ years of experience driving revenue in blockchain events.
• Strong network and relationships within the blockchain ecosystem.
• Proven success in scaling revenue streams and securing high-value partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
