As our Enterprise Account Manager, you'll be the superhero for our global clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You'll dive deep into their needs, tackle challenges head-on, and be the bridge between their dreams and our cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with the largest companies in the real estate and brokerage sectors

• Work closely with owners, brokers, and mid-level managers of enterprise clients

• Lead project management and account executive duties for key accounts

• Conduct meetings and calls with stakeholders, including on-site visits (20% travel required)

• Collaborate with the Head of Operations and sit with stakeholders to understand all aspects of client operations

• Work closely with product teams to ensure platform alignment with customer needs

• Develop and manage timelines for client projects and implementations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients like WIG and Christian Brokerage Firms

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or Account Management

• Strong project management abilities and organizational skills

• SaaS savvy and tech enthusiasm

• Exceptional communication skills with a structured, process-oriented mindset

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus

• Real estate or architectural design background is a huge advantage

• Experience managing properties or working in the real estate sector

• Ability to work with clients across all markets and time zones

• Appealing, friendly, and sales-oriented personality that customers love

• Thorough and detail-oriented approach to client management

• Flexibility to work across time zones and occasional late hours (e.g., 10 PM for Singapore clients)
