Head of HR

This is an exciting opportunity to significantly impact the growth of Promai, a rapidly growing AI deep-tech company revolutionizing the manufacturing industry.

As Head of HR, you will have a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our dynamic team across Israel and the US, strategically bridging cultures to create a cohesive, high-performance organizational culture. You will lead our global HR strategy, oversee talent acquisition, and foster a unified, inclusive environment that empowers innovation and excellence across all locations.

 Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Promai’s rapid growth across Israel and the U.S.
• Build and implement initiatives to create cultural alignment and collaboration between international sites.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, onboard, and retain top talent in deep-tech and manufacturing innovation.
• Design and manage employee development, performance management, and succession planning programs.
• Oversee compensation and benefits strategy ensuring competitiveness in the global market.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and drive initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Manage employee relations proactively, ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations in both Israel and the U.S.

Required Qualifications: 

• Proven HR leadership experience, including cross-cultural team management in high-growth startups.
• Strong knowledge of Israeli and U.S. employment laws, regulations, and cultural workplace dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural integration and collaboration in multinational environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and change-management skills.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of building robust organizational culture and driving transformative change.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Advanced degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
• Extensive experience developing and executing global HR strategies.
• Prior experience in deep-tech or manufacturing innovation sectors.
