Information System Manager

This is a full-time on-site position located in Azor.

We are looking for an Information Systems Manager to oversee, manage, and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure. The role includes responsibility for network management, servers, computers, telephony, mobile devices, handheld terminals, applications, cybersecurity, backups, and printers. The position also involves providing technical support to all company employees, including field workers, monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, conducting regular audits, planning and implementing software upgrades, and leading new technological initiatives to meet organizational needs.

• Manage, operate, and maintain all IT systems in the organization.
• Provide technical support to internal users and field staff.
• Plan and implement new technology solutions and system upgrades.
• Ensure cybersecurity, including penetration testing, firewall management, security policy enforcement, and VPN user connections.
• Manage cloud services, databases, backups, and network infrastructure.
• Work with external vendors and subcontractors, ensuring service quality and compliance.

• At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator in an organization with 100+ users – mandatory.
• Experience in analyzing, implementing, and managing critical IT systems – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, network administration, and cybersecurity in a Microsoft environment, including Exchange and SQL – mandatory.
• Experience working with cloud-based environments.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity – mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend tailored technological solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
