RiseUp is a global financial well-being app that provides the tools, knowledge, and community support to improve one’s mindset about money and encourage a more positive relationship with one’s finances. Launched in 2017 by co-founders Yuval Samet, Tamara Harel-Cohen, and Iftach Bar, the service prioritizes customer financial well-being, harnessing the power of technology and a strong community base to help people feel confident about their money.
Since its launch, RiseUp has positively impacted over 100,000 members globally, with members improving their monthly cash flow by £390. Through open banking, RiseUp combines household accounts, income, and expenses into one secured space to answer two questions: how to improve disposable income and how to start building assets once it has improved. Unique monthly forecasts are then created, predicting how your finances will look at the end of the month, alongside personalised content smart recommendations to help you save money and enjoy financial well-being. RiseUp also facilitates support within a community where people share valuable advice and inspiration, provide helpful tips, and engage in group challenges.

Responsibilities
- Lead a global high-performing multi-functional effort, including paid, organic initiatives and monetization optimization.
- Work closely with the CEO, growth, product development, and customer experience teams to build a strategic growth plan. Own revenue metrics, monitor and report on monthly and quarterly OKRs.
- Drive global customer acquisition efforts by optimizing lead generation funnels, developing
targeted campaigns, and employing marketing automation and conversion rate optimization tactics.
- Drive monetization and cross-sell efforts through partnership offerings.
- Use data and analytics for decision-making, measuring marketing effectiveness, and creating a structured experimentation and iteration culture to drive growth.
- Monitor and report on growth metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the global brand and communications teams to enhance brand positioning and messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience leading growth efforts in B2C, preferably e-commerce or gaming companies.
- Hands-on experience in managing the customer acquisition funnel, landing page optimization, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and marketing technology platforms to drive insights and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- English – Excellent or Native.
- Ability to work with our teams across Israel and the UK.
- Start-up mindset and “can-do” attitude.
